CLASSES
All classes follow a general format of quieting the mind-stuff, turning inward and becoming fully present so we may sense and feel the conversation our body wants to have with us. All classes include breath work (pranayama), somatic pandiculations, proprioceptive exercises, slow and gentle yoga movements and other integrations of movement modalities. Please check individual class descriptions for specifics to the class being offered. Students are encouraged to wear lose comfortable clothing, (no dresses, please), and refrain from eating within 90 minutes of a class. Private sessions are offered as scheduled.

SOMATIC CHAIR YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTION
Somatic Chair Yoga is an integration of somatic pandiculations, myofascial slings and yoga that unlocks
and releases muscle tension and assist in increasing circulation, flexibility, range of motion, coordination
and over-all wellbeing. These movements challenge the brain with neuroplasticity. All movements are
gentle, slow and mindfully engaging. Understanding our body, we can actively tap into movements that
help us age gracefully and prevent stiffness that limits mobility. I like to keep things lively while
maintaining familiarity, so students take what they learn into their daily routine. Please reach out for
